Seahorse pasta ingredients:
Strong wheat semolina, eggs and milk

Bovaletti pasta are manufactured by top quality 100% strong wheat semolina, fresh eggs and goats milk. All ingedients are carefully chosen by producers with a long tradition in their field.

Recommended recipe:

1. Seahorse pasta with Mushrooms and Sour cream (recipe serves 4)

-½ kilogram Bovaletti Seahorse pasta
-1 table spoon of butter
-1 cup of fresh mushrooms
-250 gr. sour cream
-½ cup of vodka, grated Parmesan cheese,
-salt, freshly ground pepper, parsley.

Boil the Bovaletti seahorse past for 13 minutes in salted water, drain and keep them warm.
Sauté the mushrooms with the butter and add the vodka and after a while the sour cream, 2 table spoons of Parmesan cheese, the salt and the pepper and let it cook until the sauce is ready.

Add the Seahorse pasta in it, mix them and it's ready.
Served on plates along with some Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

2. Seahorse pasta and cauliflower (recipe serves 4)

-½ kilogram of Bovaletti Seahorse pasta
-4 peel and chopped tomatoes,
-1 cauliflower (at around 700 gr.)
-100 gr. grated Parmesan cheese,
-2 table spoon of Virgin oil,
-salt, pepper

Wash the cauliflower and boil it in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash it again with cold water, drain it and let it cool down. Cut some of its peaks.

Boil the chopped tomatoes in the virgin oil blending them. Add salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower and mince mix it using a wooden dipper.

In an other pot, boil the Seahorse pasta for 13 minutes, drain it and put the Parmesan cheese and the sauce.
Serve it with the cauliflower peaks.
