Shells ingredients:
Strong wheat semolina, eggs and milk

Bovaletti pasta are manufactured by top quality 100% strong wheat semolina, fresh eggs and goats milk. All ingedients are carefully chosen by producers with a long tradition in their field.

Recommended recipes:

1. Shells with tuna (recipe serves 4)

500 gr. Bovaletti Shells
250 gr. tuna in oil
250 gr. concentrated tomato juice
5 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
1 ½ teaspoon of basil
½ teaspoon of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt and pepper

We boil the Bovaletti Shells for about 13 minutes, in salted water. We chop the garlic cloves, sauté it for half a minute with some oil and add the flour.
Add the tomato juice, the alt and we let it cook. When it starts thickening, add parsley, basil pepper and the tuna with the oil. Let it cook for 3 minutes and the sauce is ready.

2. Shells with tomato and Feta cheese (recipe serves 4)

-½ kilogram Bovaletti Shells
-4-5 fresh tomatoes, chopped
-2 table spoons of capers,
-150 gr. feta cheese,
-2 teaspoons of fresh basil leaves,
-1 lemon,
oil, salt, pepper.

Let the Bovaletti Shells boil for 13 minutes, in salted water. Drain the and add a table spoon of oil to keep the fresh.
Peel and dice the tomatoes and the feta cheese. Mix together the oil, the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Put the Shells in a bog bowl, add the tomatoes, the capers, the basil leaves, mix them and add the oil-lemon dressing.
